Snowball battle is dodgeball but with snowballs.

  • Split the room into two teams.

  • Make a boundary for each team and some obstructions to use as shields (tables or chairs).

  • During the Battle they can go anywhere in the room.

  • Once a person gets hit anywhere on their body, including their head, they are out. They must leave the battle zone and line up on the side or go to a designated jail area.

  • For jailbreak, they can all go back in.

  • A team wins when all the opposing players are knocked out.

  • Once you have a winner, switch sides. If no one gets a jailbreak, then the leader can call Jailbreak so no one gets bored.

Week 4 (April 26th)

Sermon:

Journey Through The Early Church - Lesson 4

Activity: King Me Freeze Tag

  • Split into two teams or Free for all. If split into two teams, players from both teams will choose a king for their team. If free-for-all, The leaders of the room will choose one player to be king.

  • The king will be given a crown or an object to signify that he/she is the king. The rest of the players on the team will protect the king from being tagged and having their crown stolen. The objective of each team is to steal the other team's crown.

  • If a player is tagged no matter who they are they must freeze in place “within reason” and cannot move from where they are. To be unfrozen, someone from the same team must tag them to bring them back into play. When a king is tagged, the opposing players around the king are free to take the crown!

  • However, If the king is not tagged he/she can tag opposing players, freezing them in place. If the crown has been stolen the objective is to get the crown back before they reach their king.

  • Once a player has successfully stolen the other team’s crown and has brought it back to their king, that team has won!
